Overview
We are seeking a skilled Avionics Technician to join our team at our facility in Greenboro, NC. As an Avionics Technician, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and repair of avionics systems in aircraft.

Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of avionics systems in accordance with established procedures and regulations
- Install, modify, and upgrade avionics equipment, including communication, navigation, and surveillance systems
- Conduct functional tests and ensure proper calibration of avionics systems
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to diagnose and resolve complex avionics issues
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including documentation of repairs, modifications, and inspections
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Stay updated on industry advancements and technological developments in avionics systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification
- Proven experience as an Avionics Technician or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of avionics systems, including communication, navigation, and surveillance equipment
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Ability to use specialized tools and equipment for avionics maintenance and repairs
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
