Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor, troubleshoot, and repair Ethernet and IP equipment and protocolsCommunicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve network issuesDocument work efforts and maintain customer satisfaction during service issuesRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationAssociate's degree or equivalent from a technical school and 3-5 years of related experienceMinimum of two years of experience in troubleshooting Ethernet and IP networksExperience with Juniper or Cisco routing equipmentBasic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and VisioFamiliarity with Transmission and TCP / IP standard telecommunication practices and technologies
