Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Inspector to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our products by conducting thorough inspections and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment where attention to detail and technical understanding are critical.

Responsibilities :

1. Performing regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.

2. Rejecting and returning all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.

3. Reading blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.

4. Measuring product dimensions, examining functionality and comparing the final product to the specifications.

5. Documenting inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.

6. Supervising the production process to ensure quality of all products.

7. Interpreting and implementing quality assurance standards and procedures.

8. Conducting first article inspection (FAI) as per the defined process.

Qualifications :

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.

2. Proficient knowledge in quality assurance, policies, standards, inspection techniques, and precision measurement.

4. Exceptional attention to detail, precision, and a keen eye for quality.

5. Solid knowledge of ISO standards and compliance requirements.

6. Strong experience in mechanical inspection and first article inspection.
