Our team of experts specializes in Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining, and we are looking for a Drain Technician to join our company.
Position Overview :
The Installation Manager oversees crew members, visits work sites to audit processes, monitors use of materials and labor hours, and ensures installations are carried out efficiently and effectively, in accordance with Trenchless Today’s organizational policies, procedures & goals, as well as manufacturers’ specifications, codes & standards, and industry best practices.
This position will oversee and guide the installation team to help troubleshoot any obstacles during the scope of work. You will work directly with other departments to ensure the successful completion of all projects.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise, train, and develop installation crews.
Prepare material lists for projects; procure materials for installation.
Manage jobs by thoroughly reviewing the Sales departments documentation.
Take all calls from installers in the field, answering questions about product / installation.
Visit installation sites and oversee crew work to ensure that products are installed properly and in a timely manner.
Work with management team to create and maintain written procedures.
Aid in business development including add-on sales and developing new areas of business.
Display professionalism when interacting with customers.
Work alongside other departments to ensure overall success of the business.
Participate actively in all training exercises and company meetings
Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in construction / skilled labor.
3+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to teach, train, and develop personnel teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once with no decline in quality control.
Strong mathematical skills and ability to accurately calculate measurements.
Solid computer skills.
OSHA certifications are a plus.
Valid driver’s license required with clean motor vehicle report.
Flexibility with working hours.
Team oriented mentality.
Strong work ethic and career focused.
