Responsibilities
Identify market requirements for current and future solution by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to clients and non-clients
Communicate solution strategy, plans and roadmaps.
Manage solution roadmap and scope based on a detailed understanding of needs, requirements and resources.
Work with engineering teams to deliver exceptional features from detailed requirements and prototypes.
Conduct competitive analysis to determine product features and pricing. Translate customer feedback and market trends into clearly defined phased releases.
Propose and support company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
Partner with solution marketing to define initiatives to create demand within key market verticals and horizontal markets including trade shows, direct marketing, web marketing, and solution training.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business administration, information systems or project management or related field.
At least 5 years of solution or product management experience
At least 3 years of health care information technology (HCIT) solution strategy or consulting work experience
At least 3 years of Agile development work experience
