Job Overview :

Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Riverwalk seeks a dynamic, experienced Executive Chef to lead our food and beverage team. The successful candidate will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.

This role requires a seasoned professional who can manage the restaurant, bar, and banquet functions with creativity, efficiency, and a passion for excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Culinary Leadership : Direct all aspects of kitchen operations including menu planning, recipe development, and food presentation for the restaurant, bar, and banquet functions.
• Team Management : Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff. Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and leadership.
• Quality Control : Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation. Implement and monitor food safety and sanitation standards.
• Financial Management : Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability. Track and analyze food costs and labor expenses.
• Menu Development : Create innovative and seasonal menus that cater to a diverse clientele. Maintain knowledge of current culinary trends and integrate them into the menu offerings.
• Customer Experience : Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of food quality and service. Address customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Banquet Coordination : Collaborate with the events team to design and execute memorable banquet experiences. Customize menus to meet the specific needs of events and conferences.
• Inventory Management : Oversee the procurement and inventory of kitchen supplies. Ensure optimal stock levels and manage vendor relationships.
• Health and Safety Compliance : Enforce strict adherence to all health and safety regulations, including HACCP guidelines.

Conduct regular inspections and audits.

Collaboration : Work closely with the General Manager and other department heads to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
