Role Description :
We're seeking a Landscape Laborer to join our team and embark on a journey of learning and growth. As a Landscape Laborer, you'll work closely with our experienced crew to gain hands-on experience in landscape maintenance tasks.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in landscaping and develop valuable skills under the guidance of seasoned professionals.
Required Qualifications :
No experience required just a strong desire to learn and grow in the landscaping industry.
Valid driver's license
Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions.
Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities :
Assist the maintenance crew in tasks such as lawn care, bush trimming, and landscape maintenance.
Learn and apply proper techniques for equipment operation and maintenance.
Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Take initiative to learn and ask questions to expand your knowledge and skills.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to team success.
Benefits Include :
Hourly wage : $16 - $17 (up to $18 with experience and driver's license).
