Multimedia Content Creator

Compensation Range : $52 - 55 per hour

We are looking for a talented and motivated Social Media Content Creator to join our client's dynamic team in San Ramon, CA!

As a Content Creator for our client's social channels, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, conceptualizing, creating, and executing compelling content.

Your work will enhance messaging to both internal and external audiences, driving engagement and influencing main constituents across all social media platforms.

You will collaborate closely with social strategists, content strategists, and newsroom brand writers to produce high-quality, social-first, written and visual content that aligns with our client's brand voice and image.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and create engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaborate with social strategists and content strategists to plan and execute content strategies.
• Work with newsroom brand writers to ensure consistency in brand voice and image.
• Utilize multimedia software and content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Sprinklr, Opal, Microsoft 365) to produce high-quality content.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and digital innovations to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Ensure all content adheres to copyright laws and intellectual property rights.
• Apply strategic thinking to address business challenges and opportunities.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all content produced.

Qualifications :

• Experience level : Experienced
• Education : Bachelors
• 2-5 years of experience as a Content Creator or in a similar role (communications, journalism, literature, marketing, etc.).
• Excellent portfolio showcasing a variety of social media content types and styles.
• Background in oil and gas or energy is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of content creation tools and social media platforms.
• Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for digital trends.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Keen eye for aesthetics and commitment to quality.
• Strategic thinking capabilities.
• Familiarity with copyright laws and intellectual property rights.
• Experience in content creation within a corporate environment is a plus.
