As the Senior Materials Control Representative, you are an integral part of the Materials Operations team and the overall material flow process.
You will support assigned buildings in receiving inventory, verifying and reconciling for inventory accuracy, and providing direction to the dock drivers to consolidate parts, maintain processes, and report results.

How You'll Create Possibilities
As a Senior Materials Representative, you will be responsible for overseeing the receipt of inbound materials and ensuring accurate inventory management.
Your primary duties will include :
- Receiving and validating inbound freight, ensuring the quantity matches records.
- Managing inventory systems, identifying discrepancies, and resolving them.
- Leading yard checks to ensure trailer accuracy and coordinating with Trackx.
- Auditing pick locations to ensure materials are available for assembly lines.
- Ensuring timely return of containers to suppliers.
- Contributing to our annual physical inventory process.
- Continuously improving our materials work streams by embracing lean manufacturing principles.
- Communicating any issues and discrepancies to key stakeholders.
- Supporting ongoing receiving initiatives and maintaining detailed records of performance metrics.

Qualifications and Requirements :
- Working conditions are normal for both an office and manufacturing environment.
- Work may involve lifting products up to 25 pounds.
- Working in the manufacturing environment requires the use of safety equipment including but not limited to : safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, work shoes / boots.
