ProCare Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join the health office team at an elementary school in Atherton, CA for the 2024 / 2025 school year.
This full-time position focuses on supporting the health and well-being of students in grades TK-2nd .
Position Overview :
- Job Title : Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
- Location : Atherton, CA
- Work Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Weekly Hours : 35 hours per week
Responsibilities :
- Provide nursing care and support to students in the health office
- Assist with medical emergencies and administer medications as needed
- Monitor student health and manage health records
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare providers to support student health needs
- Educate students on health-related topics and promote wellness initiatives
Qualifications :
- Valid California LVN license
- Experience in a school setting or pediatric care preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
