Responsibilities of the Payroll / Invoicing Specialist :
- Process payroll weekly.
- Assist with payroll taxes after processing.
- Assist with AR and invoicing.
Preferred Qualifications of the Payroll / Invoicing Specialist :
- 2+ years of related payroll processing experience.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Highly organized and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to maintain integrity of confidential information.
