Payroll Benefits Specialist
StaffBright has a great HR Generalist opportunity with a specialization and focus in Payroll and Benefits administration in central Metro Detroit.
This is a direct-hire, full-time job opportunity with a stable and growing company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Accurate Payroll Processing : Manage and process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Benefits Administration : Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-provided benefits.
- Compliance : Maintain compliance with all payroll laws and regulations, including filing and reporting requirements.
- Employee Support : Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries, providing timely and accurate information and resolutions.
What We Need From You :
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources or similar discipline
- 4+ years of human resources experience
- Recent experience overseeing Payroll processing
- Recent experience overseeing Benefits administration
- Manufacturing / automotive experience is highly preferred
