Job Description :
The primary focus of this role is the implementation and further development of factory planning for series start-ups, project expansions, transfer projects, and efficiency improvement measures, with a strong emphasis on intralogistics planning.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and develop factory planning for various projects and efficiency improvements, focusing on intralogistics.
- Define technical standards for production resources and planning processes, particularly for intralogistics.
- Conceptualize, evaluate, and implement innovation projects and technology advancements, emphasizing intralogistics.
- Ensure the realization of technical specifications appropriate to each application.
- Adhere to project schedules and cost targets, presenting and maintaining targets through appraisals or departmental definitions.
- Partially responsible for creating and managing plant-related staging and storage requirements.
- Review technical offers, compare offers, conduct cost-benefit analyses, approve designs, and perform technical acceptances.
- Participate in the simulation of intralogistics processes to optimize provisioning and storage space requirements.
- Assist in the qualification of intralogistics systems following applicable SOPs.
- Standardize project-related and cross-project planning processes based on lean principles.
Qualifications :
A technical or economic university degree (e.g., mechatronics, plastics technology, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, medical technology) with at least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in the industry.
- 2-3 years of experience in a technical environment focusing on intralogistics, production planning, and project management.
- 2-3 years of experience with manufacturers and service providers for intralogistics solutions.
- 2-3 years of experience with automation technology and data networking in logistics processes.
- 2-3 years of experience optimizing and documenting logistics processes.
- 2-3 years of experience working with ERP (e.g., SAP) and MES (e.g., Guardus).
- Proficiency in IT skills, including MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA programming (Excel desirable).
- Knowledge of product start-ups, transfers, and change management processes.
- Understanding of the validation process for medical and pharmaceutical products.
- Willingness to travel.
