POSITION SUMMARY

This position is onsite in Chattanooga, TN office (not hybrid or remote). The Business Operations Reconciliation Analyst is a dedicated, detail-oriented analytical thinker with the ability to multi-task.

The Business Operations Analyst must have excellent problem identification and resolution skills, with an investigative nature.

In this role the Analyst will reconcile data from multiple data sources to include system, processors, and data streams.

Locate and define new opportunities for controls and process improvement. Perform first level analysis of data and produce graphical / data sheet summaries of results as needed.

Document procedures, processes and workflows when required. The Analyst will also be responsible for researching, understanding, and managing additional alternative payment methods.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• General understanding of data mapping and reconciliation resolution
• General understanding of payment processing and data flow between systems.
• Reconciling different systems to ensure data integrity.
• Implementing and managing new and existing Alternative Payment methods for Digital
• Provide data for ad hoc requests as needed. Must be able to think analytically and develop an expert understanding of business operational systems to query, summarize, and present information quickly and accurately.
• Ensure the integrity & accuracy of the billing system by establishing the appropriate system of metrics and internal controls.
• Research new payment methods determine feasibility and prepare recommendations and business case in support of recommendations.
• Lead efforts to improve and streamline current processes to drive efficiency, quality, and accuracy of billing operations.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

College degree, preferably in Business Operations, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance or a related field.

Minimum of 3+ years of payment processing experience (Credit Card, Mobile, ACH and Lock Box processing)

Proven track record in successful execution of projects with pre-determined timelines - Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and preferred experience creating process flows - Outstanding presentation, communication, and writing and facilitation skills.

Effective at working directly with leadership as well as front-line staff.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others not under direct supervision.

Self-motivated, strong attention to detail, and results driven.
