Job Description
- Accomplishes property goals by recruiting, training, and motivating a high-performing team.
- Leads community team with regular meetings, performance monitoring, and career development guidance.
- Assists with the preparation of the operating budget.
- Processes invoices on a weekly basis so there is timely payments to providers.
- Completes move out inspections and corresponding documentation to the move out. and deposit.
- Staying informed on community market conditions for strategic decision-making with regards to pricing, sales and property upkeep.
- Showcases available apartments and processes applications for prospective residents.
- Walks the property regularly to inspect for cleanliness and curb appeal.
- Handles resident rent collections and delinquencies, late notices and posting rents.
- Consistently provides residents with the highest quality of service and support.
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor or senior management as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of property management experience (Required)
- Preferred experience leading two sites and more that 200 units
- Must have excellent computer skills as well as proficiency in the following software programs : Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to organize and problem-solve
- Strong written and oral interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong time management, follow up, administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, organizes tasks, manage time, and prioritize projects.
Additional Information
Schedule : Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm) some Saturdays may be required.
Pay : $65,000 - $68,000
Property : Serena Vista and Hampton Court ( 168 units combined)
