We are looking for an organized, full-time listing coordinator to join our real estate sales team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of seller transactions, preparing listing information, obtaining necessary signatures for listing agreements, and managing the MLS listings and social media postings. In addition, you’ll coordinate cleanings and showings for houses and keep track of the sales activity in the database. $40,000 at plan commission + bonus
Responsibilities :
- Prepare all listing information including property photography, pre-listing presentations, comparative market analysis, and online research for each property on the MLS database
- Arrange all buyers’ showings and public open houses to get feedback regarding the showing to help other team members facilitate more sales
- Manage seller transactions entirely, from initial contact for the listing to executed contract, so agents are free to help more customers
- Schedule property inspections with customers and vendors to clean and prepare homes to sell fast
- Ensure file compliance for the office broker by sending completed listing agreements, sellers’ disclosures, and other documents

Coordinate and manage all aspects of property listings, including data entry, photography, and marketing materialsWork closely with agents to ensure listings are accurate, complete, and up-to-dateSchedule and coordinate property showings, open houses, and inspectionsMonitor and update listing statuses and communicate with clients regularlyAssist with social media and online marketing efforts to maximize property exposureTrack and analyze listing performance and provide regular reports to agents and clientsProvide exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing concernsCollaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experienceStay current with industry trends, local market conditions, and best practicesQualifications :
Has real estate license or is willing to pursue oneHigh school diploma or equivalent required, college experience preferredDriven to create an excellent customer service experience for each clientExperience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages is preferredHas basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft ExcelMust have an Active real estate licenseMust have prior real estate experience (minimum 2 years)Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate CRM softwareFamiliarity with social media marketing strategies and platformsAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesIdeal candidates must love helping agents succeed!About Company
