Overview : Weare seeking an advanced Business Analyst to join our team. Thisposition involves supporting multiple projects or specialassignments serving as the conduit between the program / customercommunity and the software development team.
The role requiresinvolvement throughout the entire software development life cyclefrom requirement elicitation to postimplementationenhancements.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Elicitrequirements from customer interviews and create detailed systemrequirements documents.
- Participate throughoutthe Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Engage in business process reengineering and softwareprocess flow improvement.
- Develop user storiesand use cases according to business analysis bestpractices.
- Design mockups and / or wireframesadhering to UX best practices.
- Managerequirements specifications and verify the fulfillment of allrequirements including postimplementation enhancements.

MinimumRequirements :
- 8Years Required : Eliciting requirements from customerinterviews and creating wellwritten system requirementsdocuments.
- 8 YearsRequired : Experience with the Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC).
- 8 YearsRequired : Business process reengineering and softwareprocess flow improvement.
- 8 YearsRequired : Development of user stories and use casesconforming to business analysis best practices.
- 8 Years Required : Designing mockupsand / or wireframes conforming to UX best practices.
- 5 Years Required : Strong communicationand facilitation skills.
- 5 YearsRequired : Strong writing and organizationskills.
PreferredQualifications :
- 3Years Preferred : Experience with the requirementsmanagement software Modern Requirements.
- 3 Years Preferred : Experience with theissue tracking software Atlassian Jira.
- 2 Years Preferred : Experience workingfor or closely with the Texas Education Agency (TEA) or anotherstate or local education agency.
