The Judge Group is currently seeking a Change Communications Consultant to support a large financial institution in Baltimore, MD.
This position offers a hybrid schedule.
Summary : As a Change Management Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving organizational transformation within our firm.
You’ll collaborate with senior business partners, program managers, and leadership teams to implement effective change management strategies.

- Partner with colleagues across the firm, including the Transformation Office, to develop and execute change management strategies.
- Create comprehensive communications plans, including long-term communication strategies tailored to different audiences.
- Craft messaging that helps employees understand the purpose of the change, its impact, and what actions they need to take.
- Utilize various channels such as internal websites, town halls, and email newsletters to disseminate information.
Subject Matter Expertise in Change Management :
- Apply proven change management techniques and methodologies.
- Understand business strategies and translate them into actionable plans.
- Define the vision for change and identify gaps between current and desired organizational states.
- Anticipate and address potential resistance, designing reinforcement strategies.
- Assess organizational climate and adoption risks, proactively raising visibility into potential challenges.
Collaboration and Consistency :
- Work collaboratively with internal colleagues, bringing your expertise to team discussions related to change initiatives.
- Translate complex issues and strategies into actionable plans.
- Ensure consistency in change management approaches across different projects.
Project Management :
- Document change management recommendations, processes, and outcomes (., Sponsor Plans, Communication Plans, Engagement Plans, Training Plans).
- Manage relationships with change sponsors and stakeholders.
- Address impediments and resistance to facilitate progress.
Personal Attributes / Skills / Qualifications :
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead employees through change via integrated communications campaigns.
- Proven consulting skills, especially in the context of asset management.
- Relationship-building abilities at all levels.
- Desire to become a subject matter expert in program topics.
- Proficiency in leveraging tools like SharePoint for communication campaigns.
- Adaptability in approaching different audiences and situations.

- Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
