Our client is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead the development of innovative algorithms that will optimize their e-commerce search engine and enhance user interactions on their platform.

- Full-time, permanent placement
- Onsite, 5 days in office
- Base Salary : $175k - $250k
- Location : Seattle, WA
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop algorithms to enhance ranking, query analysis, and various business indicators such as relevance and conversion rates.
- Create machine learning solutions by analyzing and mining extensive user query data to empower merchants and improve platform matching capabilities.
- Analyze creator and merchant behavior to build targeted algorithm strategies that boost monetization efficiency and drive industrial upgrades.
- Support rapid e-commerce business development, serving millions of merchants and enhancing user shopping experiences.
Requirements :
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, and Shell, with a strong programming foundation.
- Experience in algorithm development and optimization of Sparse LR, DFFM, Deep & Wide, and DSSM on large-scale sparse data.
- Familiarity with mainstream deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Caffe, MXNet) and common deep learning algorithms.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Preferred experience in search engines, recommendation systems, or computational advertising.
