The Racine Unified School District is seeking a highly qualified candidate to serve in the role of Chief of Human Resources .
The successful candidate is expected to assume the responsibilities of the position on November 1, 2024, or an agreed upon date .
McPherson & Jacobson, L.L.C., Executive Recruitment and Development has been engaged as the consultant in a search for outstanding candidates.
They will assist the district in identifying and screening the candidates.
Enrollment : 15,000
Location : 30 miles southeast of Milwaukee
The Qualifications
The selected candidate should have prior experience in educational leadership at the building and district office level or a background and experience in employment law.
The RUSD is a large urban school district. The candidate will be involved in union negotiations and conflict resolution as well as other leadership in HR.

Salary
The salary range will be $170,000 to $190,000 not including fringe benefits.
