Front Desk Assistant Arden 1
Shift - $16.00 / hr.
PrideStaff is recruiting for a Front Desk Assistant for a dog daycare located in Arden . This is a great opportunity for an individual that is customer focused and loves dogs!
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Onboarding new customers by explaining the Camper Interview process to pet parents.
- Answering phones, responding to e-mail inquiries, and following up on potential leads
- Educating pet parents on the benefits of daycare and socialization for their dog(s)
- Manage reservations via phone, email, and the portal.
- Knowledgeable of our services to answer questions and to upsell services.
- Manage client concerns in a timely fashion.
- Review vaccine records.
- Sweep, mop, and deep clean all lobby surfaces. Qualifications and Requirements :
- Previous customer service work experience as must.
- Must possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable with both pets and people.
- Extremely detailed oriented.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Ability to work in different software platforms. What’s In It For Me :
