Job Title : Industrial Sewer
Job Description
Industrial Sewing Machine OperatorThis position will be responsible for Sewing operations within the Composite Products department.
- Perform heavy duty sewing.
- Conduct normal setups and operation of all equipment and maintain the machine in good working order.
- Identify part defects and make proper corrections.
- Cut and develop patterns per blueprint and production planning specifications.
- Work with the Manufacturing Engineer to develop new processes for new products.
- Record all traceability information of material used and log on shop travelers.
- Assist the department in developing techniques to increase productivity, quality, and throughput of products and share job knowledge within the department.
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly, FOD-free fashion and adhere to all Safety standards.
