Literacy Center volunteers come twice a week for one hour, either Monday / Wednesday OR Tuesday / Thursday. Volunteer times during the school year are at 3 pm, 4 pm, or 5 pm, and in the summer 9 am, 10 am, 11 am and 12 noon.
Each volunteer is placed with a teacher and assists in helping students in either reading or math. Youth (7th grade) through adults are always welcome to volunteer.
Fall 2024 Reading & Math Session (September 4, 2024 - November 12, 2024)
- Volunteers come twice a week for one hour. Choose one Mon / Wed or Tues / Thurs class time to volunteer.
- Monday / Wednesday - 3 pm, 4 pm, or 5 pm
- Tuesday / Thursday - 3 pm, 4 pm, or 5 pm
- There will be Volunteer Orientation for new volunteers at the Literacy Center on Monday, August 26 at 4 : 00 pm
