Senior P roject M anager- Multi-Family / Affordable Housing / Large Stick Framed Housing
- Local to Columbus preferred, but also willing to travel as needed.
- Minimum 7 years construction experience
- Self-starter
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Owners, design professionals, property staff, subcontractors, and tradesman.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to provide estimates for projects as needed.
- Ability to develop and maintain construction schedules.
- Experience with Large Stick Framed Housing
- Compensation : $125K-$165K. plus bonuses, open for discussion and dependent on experience
- Relocation Assistance available.
