Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Performs or oversees installation of Energy Efficient Refrigeration motors and controls, fume hood and Laboratory Variable Air Volume control systems and ensures they are in accordance with the scope of work and installation documents.
- Performs or delegates tasks as required to execute and fully complete assigned projects.
- Performs Certifications of Chemical Fume Hoods, Kitchen Exhaust Hoods and other exhaust devices.
- Installation of Artik Control equipment for walk-in freezers and coolers.
- Installation of speed EC motors for evaporators.
- Coordinates communication with the customer
- Ensures client satisfaction.
- Understands project budget and executes work within budget parameters, communicating budget under / overruns as soon as possible.
- Ensures proper execution of client training and warranty.
- Any other requirements as needed.
Qualifications :
- High school education or equivalent.
- plus years of working with HVAC units and controls
- Basic understanding of HVAC units
- Basic understanding of environmental controls
- Basic knowledge of electricity.
- Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, Word Documents and Email
- Valid Drivers License
- Willingness and Ability for Company paid travel to job sites
Physical Demands :
- Must be able to spend time bending or twisting the body
- Must be able to spend time climbing ladders, scaffolds, or poles
- Must be able to Spend time keeping or regaining balance
- Must be able to spend time kneeling, crouching, stooping, or crawling
- Must be able to spend time making repetitive motions

- Must be able to spend time using your hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
