Indianapolis based Automotive dealer group looking to make some acquisitions soon. We are in need of some experienced talent that has a proven track record of leading sales teams, leading finance teams, and overseeing inventory (to include purchasing used vehicles and / or wholesaling).

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales, particularly in OEM sales and compliance.

This role requires excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, as well as a passion for developing customer relationships while holding teams accountable to success.

Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as they will enhance our ability to serve a diverse clientele.

Duties

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Be involved in marketing ideas to drive new leads.
  • Analyze inventory and manage turn rates.
  • Analyze sales metrics and prepare reports to track progress against targets.
  • Work one-on-one with upper management to produce teams that get results.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional efforts with sales objectives.
  • Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary software tools for efficient sales operations.
  • Ensure compliance with HR for hiring and firing processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales management role.
  • Strong mathematical skills for analyzing data and forecasting sales trends.
  • Proficiency in using various software tools related to sales management and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth within the market.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : From $200,000.00 per year
