Summary

Nation's Home Medical Equipment, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lifebridge Health Partners, is a full service Durable Medical Equipment company, offering a wide variety of home health services to the MD, DC, and Northern Virginia markets.

We service patients at our Owings Mills office, in their homes, and at other healthcare facilities.

JOB SUMMARY :

• Provide set up and instruction on the use, care and safety of equipment in the home.
• Provide patient follow up.
• Develop and maintain the patient Plan of Care for equipment and / or services.
• Provide clinical respiratory assessment and periodic updates to physician, referral sources and case managers.
• Complete required medical record documentation and reports.
• Perform in services for community, staff and referral sources.
• Provide clinical support for sales staff.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Demonstrate excellent clinical skills
• Minimum one year of experience
• Home Health experiene preferred
• Must have RT license
• Maintain required clinical license / certification.
• Demonstrate organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently.
• Maintain clean, valid MD driver's license.
• Ability to use computers, mobile devices, applications and software, including Office 365 and the company's EMR.
• Monday-Friday 8 : 30 am to 5 pm with rotatin on call weeks (additional compensation).
