ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operation of Meat Processing Equipment; CryoVac, MultiVacs, Dicers, Needle, Slicer, Portion Cutters, Scales, Pack, trim and customize portions of meat products using knives, or other meat production equipment.
Count and stack on tray portions per customer and company specifications.
Label portion with supplied number product labels.
Set up packing and labeling area as required.
Perform end of day functions.
Actively maintain, and merchandise partial cart.
Keep packing area and cutting room and surrounding area clean and sanitized.
Follow company GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) to maintain sanitary conditions.
Perform end of day functions.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
SUPERVISION :
The incumbent is not required to provide direct supervision for any position.
RELATIONSHIPS
Internal : The incumbent is required to interact with employees at all levels of responsibility throughout the company.
External : The incumbent may be required to perform demonstration cuts or packing for tours, and sales team.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work continually in a refrigerated environment 35 F- 45 F. Incumbent must have the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Finish time is when work is completed and could require overtime with or without notice.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with CryoVac, MultiVac, Dicers, Needle, Slicer,Portion Cutter, laser portion machinery or other meat production equipment is preferred.

Knowledge of all poultry, beef, lamb, and pork products preferred.
Knowledge of USDA grades and standards.
EDUCATION
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred

In Washington, the expected compensation for this role is $22.00 per hour. This role is also eligible for overtime compensation.
