Job Title : Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Pay : $19 - $20.40 / hourly

Schedule Availability : Monday - Friday *occasional Saturday / s* 8 : 00am - 8 : 00pm

Location : Cary, NC *ON-SITE*

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle patient and provider inquiries related to insurance, billing, and scheduling.
• Provide accurate information and efficiently resolve patient concerns.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations.
• Accurately document all patient interactions.

Ideal Candidate :

• 2 years of healthcare experience required .
• 2 years of call center experience required .
• Familiarity with medical terminology and pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and empathetic manner.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications with attention to detail.
• Experience with management information systems to address customer needs.
• Must be willing to take a typing and customer service test.

On-boarding Requirements :

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Criminal Background & Drug Screening
• 2 verifiable employment references
