Seasonal Cirque Bar Bartender

The Fairmont is looking for a seasonalBartender for our Holiday season between November and January whois passionate about service and guestexperience!

What you will bedoing :

Reporting to the Food and BeverageManager responsibilities and essential job functions include butare not limited to thefollowing :

• Consistently offerprofessional friendly and engagingservice
• Proven mixologyknowledge and experience.
• Maintain aprofessional but engaging interaction with guests andcolleagues.
• Assist guests regarding allbeverage menu items in an informative and helpfulway
• Mix drinks and control the beverage stockas per guidelines
• Have full knowledge ofbeverage lists and promotions
• Have fullknowledge of all menu items garnishes contents and preparationmethods
• Follow outlet policies procedures andservice standards
• Follow all safety andsanitation policies when handling food andbeverage
• Other duties asassigned
• Hourly Rate : $25.06 USDGross per Hour

Yourskills and experienceinclude :

• Excellentknowledge of all beverage products
• Previouspoint of sale system experience anasset
• Excellent communication andorganizational skills
• Strong interpersonal andproblem solving abilities
• Highly responsible& reliable
• Ability to work well underpressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability towork cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of ateam
• Ability to focus attention onguest needs remaining calm and courteous at alltimes

Physical Aspectsof Position (include but are not limitedto) :

• Constantstanding and walking throughout shift
• Frequentlifting and carrying up to 20 lbs
• Occasionalkneeling pushing pulling lifting
• Occasionalascending or descending ladders stairs andramps

Must have proof ofeligibility to work in the UnitedStates.
