In this dynamic role, the advocate will serve as a concierge for myopia (nearsightedness) patients, ensuring they receive the support and guidance needed to successfully navigate their treatment plans.
No prior experience is required, and training will be provided.
Responsibilities include processing sales for the myopia management program, visiting local physicians for patient referrals, preparing documents for initial consultations, liaising with partner organizations, and fostering relationships with patients and referring doctors.
The counselor will also manage parent inquiries, process payments, and instruct families on vital treatment techniques while maintaining a friendly and encouraging atmosphere.
This position calls for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses exceptional communication skills.
With a passion for helping kids and a knack for engaging with inquisitive parents, the Myopia Counselor will play a crucial role in empowering families to take charge of their eye health.

Requirements :
- No prior experience is required, but a strong background in sales is essential.
- Must be comfortable working with children and their parents.
- Must be comfortable visiting physicians' offices and explaining services professionally for business development and patient referrals.
