Job description :
- Facility Management experience is required.
- Hands-on experience with operations management of business support functions.
- Excellent document management skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Developing and implementing office processes, procedures and guidelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word / Excel / PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in the use of technology (e.g. Poly Studio, MS Teams).
- High School diploma, certificate or official equivalent is required.
