Basic scope of work :

The primary role of the sourcer / recruiter is to drive and deliver qualified applicants to our staffing team. You will be the first point of contact with talented providers and responsible for upholding our brand identity.

This role requires continual use and meticulous upkeep of our recruiting platform and tools.

You will regularly meet with our staffing, client success, and sales teams to stay ahead of hiring and contracting needs.

You will be responsible for identifying regions in the US and Canada that are challenging to staff and cultivate qualified leads in these regions.

This role is full time and remote.

Responsibilities & Duties :

  • Send recruiting emails and communications
  • Speak with applicants on the phone and in chats
  • Keep detailed and accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Track metrics for conversion rates
  • Proactively source and recruit for future needs
  • Support staffing team, when needed, and as assigned
  • Meet with staffing, client success, and sales teams to understand recruiting needs
  • Develop talent resources in regions difficult to hire / contract
  • Understand both employee and independent contractor staffing models

Who you are :

  • Tenacious and resourceful
  • Uses many channels for sourcing qualified applicants and seeks to find new channels
  • Focused and can shift from one task to another with ease
  • Experienced in sourcing and / or recruiting
  • Familiar with HR and recruiting platforms (ATSs)

RequirementsQualifications :

  • 1 - 3 years experience in sourcing and / or recruiting in a high volume, fast paced, remote environment
  • Outstanding verbal and written skills
  • Ambassador for the company and portrays Body Techniques positively with applicants and potentials
  • High speed internet is required. We will ask you to verify this with us.
  • Occasional weekend / evening hours during peak season
