Inventory Control Specialist, ERP Data Operations
A day in this role : You start by logging into Epicor, reviewing overnight movements, and running cycle counts. A discrepancy pops—your attention to detail kicks in. You trace the variance, coordinate with the Transaction Control team and your manager, and document a clear explanation. By mid-morning, you’ve updated records in the ERP, flagged obsolete stock, and prepared recommendations to reduce excess. After lunch, you assemble a succinct trend report, track outcomes from last week’s corrective actions, and help organize the area using 5S to keep the flow tight and safe. You wrap with a quick KPI review and a safety huddle—because safety, quality, ERP accuracy, and productivity are the anchors here.
