Overview
The Player Services Manager at Lubbock Country Club will assist and lead with the outside player services staff. This person will manage approximately 15-20 player services attendants and their direct supervisors will be the Director of Golf and Assistant Golf Professionals.
They must be able to communicate with and service the membership in a respectable manner. They are expected to be timely, well groomed and attentive to the memberships needs.
This position will be required to lead the outside team in a positive manner, while striving to go above and beoynd, and continue to develop a culture of high effort.
Experience Required
- PGA Member or Associate preferred but not required
- Previous customer service experience desired
Essential Responsibilities
- Managing and assisting with the driving range
- Managing and assisting with the short game area
- Managing and assisting in the cleaning and stowing golf cars
- Maintaining a clean and organized bag room
- Managing a high quality staff of outside service attendants
- Managing and assisting with the service requests of the membership
- Assisting the golf professional staff as needed
- Manage player services schedule
- Spend most of the shift outside / on feet
