Our office located in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Casualty Claims Analyst to join the team!

The Casualty Claims Analyst Team is seeking an experienced claim professional to handle personal automobile and homeowner casualty exposures through the life of the claim.

The selected candidate should exemplify Amica’s culture, creating peace of mind while building enduring relationships with our customers.

The selected candidate will manage, evaluate and negotiate complex casualty claims. The adjustment of claims from multiple states is required.

The selected candidate is expected to reside in the Phoenix Metro area. This position will involve a combination of work from home and in office work as needed for training, team engagement, and developmental purposes.

The position will require travel to attend proceedings such as mediations, arbitrations and trials. Some overnight and / or extended travel may be necessary.

The selected candidate will also periodically assist with various casualty claims initiatives, including assisting with technical training, pilot programs and other assigned projects.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of two years of relevant claims adjusting experience
  • Must be able to successfully secure an adjuster license in all states that require one
  • Consistent history of excellent file documentation and claim evaluations
  • Strong communication skills are required
  • Strong technical proficiency in directing litigation
  • Must demonstrate superior negotiating skills
  • Ability to operate with minimum supervision
  • Successful completion of an insurance designation program (CPCU, AIC, etc.) is preferred
