As a Senior Controls Engineer , you will be responsible for :

• Identifying and implementing manufacturing processes and orequipment productivity improvements related to manufacturing process and automation.
• Developing and executing manufacturingprocesses, equipment and testing validationstrategies, and documenting asrequired (IQ,OP,PQ).
• Monitoring the manufacturing SQL database and equipment performance,supporting patches, tests, and evaluations, and documenting as required.
• manufacturingequipment User Requirement Specifications(URS), documenting and flowcharting as required.
• Collaborating cross-functionally and working on multiple projectssimultaneously.

Required Education, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5-8 years ofengineering experience supporting a manufacturing environment.
• Strong PC skills and familiarity with common PLC and .NET framework applications.
• Ability to to integrate and execute change control for process and hardware solutions while working with a Siemens Opscenter Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
• Excellent knowledge of database design, documentation, and SQL coding.
• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills in a team environment.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.
