Our client, a global engineering, procurement and construction company working with leaders in the energy, infrastructure, life sciences, advanced technologies, mining and metals industries, as well as government agencies is now looking for a Senior Structural Design Engineer.

Title : Senior Structural Design Engineer

Location : Houston, TX

Duration : 12 months or longer

Pay rate : $ 70 / hr. on W2 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities :

• Conduct construction document reviews as required
• Plan, organize, and coordinate structural engineering and multi-disciplined team / design projects while engaged in the planning, design and construction phases of engineering projects
• Prepare and review of calculations, drawings, and specifications relating to seismic and wind analyses, foundation design, structural framing analyses and design, and bracing analyses and design
• Experience in renovating / modifying existing facilities is required
• Familiarity with computer aided drafting applications is required .
