Steven Toyota is searching for a highly motivated and skilled Used Car Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our pre-owned inventory is in top condition, providing a seamless experience for our customers.

What You'll Do :

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of mechanical and electrical issues on used vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.)
• Inspect vehicles for safety and functionality, ensuring they meet all state and federal regulations.
• Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively
• Work collaboratively with other technicians to collaborate in order to diagnose complex problems.
• Adhere to all safety protocols in the shop environment.
• Enjoy a Work / Life Balance

What We're Looking For :

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dealership or Independent Repair Facility Technician (or equivalent).
• Strong diagnostic skills and a thorough understanding of automotive systems.
• Proficient in the use of automotive repair tools and equipment (scanners, diagnostic tools, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical repairs in a clear and concise manner.
• A commitment to quality workmanship and a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (must be verifiable).
• A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
