- Understands how to minister to both kids and their families;
- Will develop and multiply leaders - both adult and student volunteers to serve kids;
- Is an excellent communicator;
- Is currently being used by God to minister to families;

- Are growing in your faith;
- Have a relational heart;
- Are a developer of people and processes;
- Seek creative ways to reach those who are not yet Christians.
