Grain & Agronomy Operations Manager!
Growing Company Seeking Operations Manager! Our client is in the northeastern region of the United States, in a diverse agricultural area with easy access to populated cities, shopping and airports.
This position will be a hands-on manager who can lead the team by example. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of 5 Grain and Agronomy facilities.
All locations are within daily driving distance that require no overnights! You will work closely with the VP of Operations on developing strategies, budgets, capital projects, and ensuring the team is meeting company standards.

About The Opportunity
- 10+ Years of Operations experience in Grain, Agronomy / Fertilizer required
- Experience in a Leadership position is a must!
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture
- Salaried Position $110,000-$140,000 + Bonus Potential
