ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Responsible for documenting internal project notes and regularly communicating project status to ensure alignment and progression of work
  • Regularly tracks and coordinates internal communications across all functional teams (via agendas, status reports, etc.)
  • Ensures teams have all relevant project details and understand daily / weekly project priorities
  • Collaborates with Manager-level Project Managers and cross-functional teams on project delivery and staffing, ensuring balance and coordination between competing priorities
  • Collaborates with resource management to ensure project staffing is solidified prior to kick off and throughout life of project
  • Collaborates with team to ensure appropriate team members QA work, often taking the responsibility and ensuring quality assurance of work prior to its review with internal teams.
  • Regularly develops first drafts of estimates, working with Client Partnership to develop timelines, and assumptions for project scopes spanning across a duration of 1-6 months, with minimal oversight
  • Manages the overall execution of simple / traditional, sequential based projects, which includes the tracking of projects, routing deliverables for approval, monitoring scope, and analyzing financial performance
  • Demonstrates ability to create and manage detailed timelines and tasks within project management platforms / tools.
  • Reviews project budget progress with preliminary analysis of financial performance in partnership with Director or Managing Director in Project Management
  • Demonstrates ability to develop first drafts of client-facing budget summaries, timelines, and next steps

The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.

The final agreed upon compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to : candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experiences and may fall outside the range shown.

Expected Compensation Range : Up to $70,000

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK CONDITIONS

The physical activity required of this position includes standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, kneeling, reaching, stooping, talking, hearing and use of repetitive motion.

Light work is required of this position, occasionally lifting or moving objects between 10-20 pounds. The visual acuity of this position requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle.

This position will not be substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
