Our Expectations for our Assistant Property Manager
We are currently seeking a future leader to assist with the management and oversight of multiple commercial properties. Our commercial team is responsible for the complete operation of income property including bottom-line financial performance;
reaching income goals as set forth by the Chief Executive Officer and client. Our ideal candidate will have the following :

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing or related field is preferred.
- Or experience in the property management industry.
- CA Real Estate License (REQUIRED).
- Microsoft Office.
