Job Summary

The role will be responsible for maintaining the reception lobby, answering the main phone line, attending to visitors and dealing with inquiries on the phone and in person.

Supplies information regarding the organization to the general public, clients, and customers. Performs other clerical and administrative duties, as assigned.

The hours for this position are 8 : 30am 5 : 30pm EST.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Open office each morning
  • Turn on lights & TVs throughout office each morning
  • Pick up and deliver mail each morning
  • Pick up newspapers and place in appropriate locations each morning
  • Make coffee every morning
  • Answer main switchboard and direct calls and / or deliver messages appropriately - Maintain a reception area that is clean, organized, and presentable
  • Greet visitors in a courteous, tactful, and timely manner providing assistance, guidance and direction
  • Provide guest names to security as required
  • Assign visitors to guest offices
  • Help manage conference room calendar via Outlook and ensure all necessary information is provided for meetings
  • Receive incoming packages
  • Process building maintenance requests
  • Serves as back up for office assistant
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements :

  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office required
  • Well versed in Microsoft Outlook and calendar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work harmoniously with other employees at various organizational levels
  • Excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers and management
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Job Specification :

  • High School or Equivalent
  • Generally requires 5-7 years related experience

Salary :

Primary Location Pay Range : $15.09 - $22.64

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
