Our primary commitment is to provide our customers with a quality product, on-time delivery, and competitive pricing. Position Summary Delva Tool & Machine (DTM), a CMT company, is seeking a QC Inspector for our Cinnaminson, NJ location.

The QC Inspector will be responsible for carrying out quality assessments and measurements on products within specified dimensions.

The pay range for this position is between $30.00 - $35.00 / hr. depending on experience* Essential Duties and Responsibilities Completes first article inspections, generating reports and PCMM points maps detailing quality of product.

Develops and maintains inspection reports. Ensures compliance to company standards and specifications. Performs inspections across all stages of production.

Prepares and maintains test data for review. Evaluates data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards.

Identifies areas for quality control improvement and implements new methods accordingly. Communicates quality or compliance concerns with urgency.

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills High School diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum 5+ years of prior experience working with inspection tools, engineered drawings, prints, and assessing customer requirements within a CNC machine shop.

Proven experience using PCMM and / or CMM technology. Proficient with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and ERP systems (Job Boss is a plus).

Experience with a quality management system; familiarity with AS 9100 process documentation is highly preferred. Knowledge of Aerospace specs requirements is a plus!
