Responsibilities :
- Develop, write, and maintain comprehensive training documentation for S4 Hana ERP Order to Cash processes.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Create user manuals, training guides, webinar materials, quick reference materials, and talk tracks for training videos.
- Update existing documentation to reflect changes in processes, software updates, and new features.
- Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and user-friendly.
- Support training sessions and webinars to educate users on Order to Cash processes.
- Work closely with the training and development team to align documentation with training programs.
- Utilize various tools and software to create and manage documentation (e.g., Microsoft Word, Power Point, MS Teams, Training video tools.).
- Maintain version control and documentation standards.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the ERP domain.
- Understanding of S4 Hana ERP Order to Cash processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Proficiency in documentation tools and software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
