What You'll Do :
- Work alongside our Dining Service Director to create fulfilling and delicious meals for residents.
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality and taste.
- Handle food safely and adhere to proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Assist in unloading and organizing our kitchen.
- Ensure common areas' hydration stations are maintained with fresh beverages.
- Assist caregivers with serving meals to residents.
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen.
Experience :
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a senior living community.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils used in a professional setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
