Your Role :
The Visual Merchandising Specialist is responsible for curating creative strategies that will evolve Visual Merchandising presentations to build brand equity, drive sales targets, create a positive shopping experience for the customer and are scalable for all stores.
Responsible for providing the VS Intimates direction of store execution floor sets, launches, translations and tests by season.
Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Merchant and Store Operations partners to ensure a compelling in-store experience.
Responsible for managing, executing and driving projects based on the visual department calendar timelines.

Your Impact :
Support the Visual Manager in the delivery of Brand elevating, experiential, volume-driving floorsets that are easy-to-execute.
Partner with Visual Manager on the development of all merchandising for seasonal sets and product launches and tests.Work collaboratively with Merchants to translate product and Brand strategies into clear storytelling that optimizes profitability.
Deliver consistent innovation and merchandising solutions that improve the store experience, drive traffic and meet Brand and creative objectives.
Stay current with fashion, beauty, interior + competitive trends via market patterning to influence work on future state.
Own, prioritize and drive multiple projects for the Visual Manager to meet all Visual / Marketing Calendar timelines.Visit stores monthly to ensure customer / associate intimacy and effective translation of visual strategies across all store types.
Use visits to identify go-forward opportunities to evolve the Brand.Demonstrate excellent written and verbal skills when presenting creative ideas and working cross-functionally.
Develop creative storytelling fashion distortions through mannequin & form styling.Frequent local and domestic store travel.

Qualifications
This role is an in-office role.Travel will be required for this role.Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Art, or related area2-5 years of experience managing, executing and presenting complex visual merchandising vision and processesOutstanding creative, design, and visual merchandising skillsKeep up to date in the current trends of visual merchandisingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of product positioning strategiesStrong presentation skillsMust have computer skills fluent in : MS Office Suite, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe in Design and Adobe Photoshop
