SALON MANAGER, BELLAGIO SALON

Job Summary

To lead Harry Winstons Las Vegas Bellagio Salon. The key challenge will be to maintain the traditional high-jewelry business while developing daily business with a focus on bridal and timepieces.

Reinforcing structure and excellence cross both selling and operations staff is required. The candidate needs to have past experience managing dynamic teams and personalities.

Key Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Coordinate Budget and Action Plan process for the Market

• Achieve yearly sales budget
• Accountable for operational budget
• Develop salon retail action plan
• Follow up monthly budget and action plan execution

Develop Local Network

• Recruit new clients by elevating in store experience and networking
• Develop existing clients
• Create sales opportunities within the local and neighboring communities
• Foster local partnerships
• Promote the Harry Winston image within the community

Manage Sales Team

• Lead by example
• Assign qualitative and quantitative sales targets to sales executives and support them in the implementation
• Daily Staff management
• Coordinate employee training
• Coach and empower staff to reach their maximum potential
• Train sales staff in different closing techniques as well as optimizing the use of the clientele database to increase sales
• Organize weekly & monthly staff meetings
• Assign a client entertainment budget from the T&E to sales team
• Update staff on new policies and procedures
• Coordinate time management of staff members
• Coordinate staff schedules to ensure the vaults timely opening and in ordinance with security codes

Manage Client Satisfaction

• Deliver a consistently excellent client experience within the Salon
• Manage client entertainment and client relationship
• Oversee VIP client treatment & client development
• Act as a model for client satisfaction

Oversee Salons Operations

• Keep salon presentation up to Harry Winston standards
• Coordinate jewelry display with the visual merchandising team

Manage Local Inventory

• Suggest model stock updates based on new trends and new products
• Follow up on store replenishment to keep inventory levels as dictated by the model stock / store needs
• Analyze inventory situation by using the tools provided by the company
• Ensure proper care and handling of all merchandise and company assets, by complying with company directives

Organize HR Process for the salon

• Recruit and onboard new staff members
• Coordinate goal setting process in line with Retail VP guidelines
• Execute Talent Management process
• Develop succession plans for key roles

High Jewelry

• Put in place strategic plan to develop High Jewelry business
• Manage special projects at the Request of the Retail VP

Job Qualifications

• Strong luxury retail background (minimum 7-10 years). Preferably in the Las Vegas area
• Gemstone, jewelry and timepiece knowledge
• Microsoft Office
• College degree
• Strong communication skill
• Strong resolution skills
• Strong relationship building skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Foreign languages a plus
• Meets Harry Winston standards for leadership and behavior
