What you will do
- Partner with senior leadership to continually assess business needs and long-term growth plans of the organization.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Partner with global talent acquisition leaders.
- Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Build and maintain relationships with external talent acquisition partners.
- Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Collaborate with talent acquisition managers, specialists and functional leaders to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, educational institutions, and other potential talent sources.
- Develop and mentor talent acquisition team members.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Experience leading teams in a dynamic recruiting environment.
- Experience leading and managing initiatives while balancing daily talent acquisition delivering operational excellence in talent acquisition.
- Ensure delivery of a diverse and robust pipeline of talent in the technology industry.
- Experience with organizational change and project / program development.
